This continuum of care rental residence encompasses 96 independent supportive living suites and 45 care suites (assisted living and memory care). The entitlement process required a Future Comprehensive Plan Area amendment, Land Use Bylaw amendment, multiple development and building permits, as well as construction of developer-funded offsite infrastructure improvements. The occupancy completion certificate was issued in May 2023, with resident move-ins commencing immediately thereafter.

Riverwalk Retirement Residence was developed in a joint venture between Campion Property Group and DCMS Realty Projects/Verve Senior Living.
