Currently in planning, this continuum of care rental residence will encompass 70 supportive apartments, 105 independent supportive living suites and 59 care suites (assisted living and memory care) in two separate midrise buildings. The entitlement process requires a development permit and building permits. Construction of the Midtown Retirement Residence is anticipated to start in 2023 and be complete in 2025/26.
